  • Lightlight Smart Ground Original Crumbles (1 cup)
  • Sprouted Mung Beans (1 cup)
  • Riced Cauliflower (1 cup)
  • Diced Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup)
  • Rainbow Carrots (1 cup)
  • Diced Green Onions (1 cup)
  • Optional: Yellow Squash (1/2 of a squash)
  • Dressing: Vegan Ginger Miso
Instructions
  1. Make sure you cut cherry tomatoes in half and also dice rainbow carrots, as well as green onions.
