Shawn Saladen Lost 30 Pounds With 310 Nutrition

Before 310 Nutrition, I’ve always dealt with my weight. Since 2007 I had gained over 80 lbs. I started 310 Shake at the very beginning of March 2015.

My 310 Shake Routine

Every morning I have a 310 Shake with 12oz of unsweetened 30 calorie almond milk, 2 tbsp. of oat bran, and a handful of either frozen raspberries, blueberries, peaches or a half of banana (but usually raspberries).

I drink 310 Shake for lunch between 3-4 times a week. When I don’t have a 310 Shake, I have a sandwich with Ezekiel bread, turkey breast I roasted at home, mustard, and veggies.

Healthy Snacks I love

Snacks are usually apples, jicama, or fat-free Greek yogurt. Dinner is usually a salad stacked with veggies, Pico de gallo I make for dressing, Greek yogurt, and some sort of protein (fish, shrimp, chicken, Carne asada).

So far, my hard work is paying off! I’ve lost a ton of weight, and I feel fantastic! I owe everything to 310 Nutrition!
